In the library chat, you can get help with the same types of questions as you can at the library. This may include finding course literature, searching for and evaluating information or using references. You can also ask more advanced questions, for example about publishing strategies.
When staff are available in the chat, an icon appears in the bottom-right corner of the website.
Get help from a librarian in a video call
In a video call, you can get guidance from a librarian. For example, you can get help with searching for information, evaluating sources, improving your search results or using different referencing systems.
You can meet the librarian on your own or together with a friend and you do not need to have your camera on.
