Hello new student!
The library offers support for you as a student at the University of Gothenburg – whether you study on site or remotely.
The library is here to make your studies easier. As a student, you have access to course literature, but you can also get help with finding information, evaluating sources, and managing references when writing exams or essays. For those studying on site, there are also study spaces where you can work quietly on your own or together with others.
As a distance student, you can access digital course literature from home, and if you live outside Gothenburg, you can have physical course books sent to you.
The librarians are happy to help you in a video call or via chat – no matter where you are.
