From 3 June, you can no longer request interlibrary loans via Libris
If you have previously requested interlibrary loans yourself via Libris, you will need to use the library’s web form instead from 3 June.
An interlibrary loan is a request for material that is not available at Gothenburg University Library or at other libraries in Gothenburg.
Most interlibrary loan requests are currently made via the library, but some users have chosen to make them directly via Libris. This will no longer be possible after 3 June, when the service “Libris låntagarbeställningar” is discontinued.
The reason for the decision is that fewer people are using the service while requirements for the secure handling of personal data have increased.
