22 November: introduction of PIN code in lending machines

In order to increase security, we are introducing PIN codes for loans in our lending machines.
Student or staff with GU card
If you are a student or staff member and have a GU card, the PIN code is the same code you use to print and enter the university premises. If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can easily get a new code in the GU card portal.
Other borrowers
If you have a blue library card, you have been assigned a temporary PIN code that you can easily change in My loans, under the personal data tab on the library's website.
