New agreements with discounts on publication fees
Researchers at the University of Gothenburg can get discounts on all or part of the publication fee through the university library's new agreements with a number of publishers.
The Gothenburg University Library has entered into a number of new membership agreements with scientific publishers specializing in Open Access journals. These agreements allow for discounts on publication fees (APC:s), or completely free publication fees and apply to "corresponding authors", researchers affiliated with the University of Gothenburg. The university library has already paid the fees, or will pay the fee in arrears. Some of the membership agreements give a discount on the publication fee, which is then paid by the researcher.
