Here is the place where you can book group study rooms and computer work stations at any of the seven Library branches, up to a week in advance.

Help for the Booking System

To book a time you must be either a student, researcher or employee at the University of Gothenburg.

You will require a valid library card / GU card at the time of booking.

Please remember to confirm the booking of group study rooms or computer work stations on the day of use.

You can confirm the booked time only when the timetable box has turned yellow. The box automatically turns yellow 15 minutes prior to the booked session's beginning.

Please confirm your booked time by clicking on the yellow box - at the earliest, 15 minutes prior to the session's beginning, at the latest, 15 minutes after the session's beginning.

It is possible to book computer work stations at the Central Library, the Economics Library, the Education Library, the Undergraduate and Newspaper Library and Learning Centre Campus Linné.
